 Discover the faces of "Authentic Manhood" at the New Horizons Men's Overnight Retreat on August 13th, 2010. The retreat begins at 6:00 pm. The retreat is the kickoff to this year's Men's Connection study, a 36 week study that focuses on the primary issues that shape a man's life, understanding the biblical concept of manhood and providing practical building blocks for any man to use to construct a more satisfying manhood for himself and the people in his life. Food Pantry Drive: Help New Horizons Church stock the shelves at the Jewel Human Services Food Pantry by purchasing some or all of the items listed. Drop them off at church on Sunday, August 15th.

The Men’s Connection will have a new 16-week study which will help you elevate your game at home and in the workplace. It will help build your confidence; expand your vision; develop successful life strategies; and improve your performance in your relationship with your wife or girlfriend, in your relationships with your children, and in your job! All men are invited to participate. The Fall session will be held most Thursdays from 8/19/2010 - 10/28/10 and the Winter session will be held on Thursdays from 1/13/2011 - 2/17/2011. We will meet at the Fishers campus at 6:00am and we will finish at 7:30am. Contact John Crawford to register and purchase your $10 workbook.
Would you like to learn new techniques for sharing your testimony? On Saturday, August 21st we will offer a class that will help you share your testimony with others and help lead them to Christ. Class starts at 9am at the Fishers campus (8850 E. 106th Street). Register at the Church Administration table on Sunday.
Save the date for the NBFC Marriage Retreat: "My Vow To Thee, Knot Easily Broken" is the theme for this year’s retreat which will be held on August 27-29, 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cincinnati, OH. Cost is $375 per couple and includes 2 nights hotel expenses, 4 meals per person, workshops, materials and dinner/dance gala.
